Account data
We store necessary account and checkout data, including transaction snapshots and the accepted legal-document version.
Learning data
We use learning records such as opened materials, video position, and watch duration where available. The fj_ref cookie is used for 30 days for referral attribution.
Analytics
PostHog and Vercel Analytics/Insights may be used as configured, including identifiable or cohort analytics.
Processors
Processors used may include Supabase, Vercel, Midtrans, Discord, Resend, Upstash, and optional media/analytics processors when confirmed by the application. Authentication is provided by Supabase Auth.
Retention
IP may be rate-limit input; salted hashes may be persisted. Provider-side processing is subject to information they can verify. Retention follows operational needs and legal obligations. Checkout is not an automatic marketing opt-in.

Requests for access, deletion, or other rights may be sent to support@flowjob.id.
